The North Wall Performing Arts Centre

Visit our dedicated website, http://www.thenorthwall.com/ , where you will find the current North Wall Programme of events and exhibitions.

The North Wall was completed in 2006.

It has been created from a Victorian swimming pool and ancillary buildings, and contains a 250-seat theatre, an art gallery, and studios for dance and drama.

In addition to hosting School events, it runs a regular programme of public arts events, as well as a Summer Festival in July and a residential drama school in August.

The North Wall serves as a centre for performing arts not only for the School, but also for the wider community, and with its arts initiatives it aims to encourage participation by young people from a wide range of backgrounds.

Further enquiries about the North Wall and its facilities should be made to the manager, Nick Quartley (tel. 01865-319452 and e-mail NRQ@stedwards.oxon.sch.uk.
