It is essential that ALL pupils travelling in to
the UK on non-EEA Passports carry a completed form
stating term dates and details concerning the person
collecting them from the airport otherwise pupils may be
detained by the immigration authorities.

Instructions for accessing the Parent Portal on
the School website
On the Home page,
click on the bullet point called ‘Parent Portal’ which
can be found on the right hand side of the page and you
will find clear instructions. It is important that you
keep a careful note your user name and password and
remember to prefix your user name with stedward\
for example stedward\bloggsF999
Grade Cards and
reports which can be found under Inquiries>Reports, will
open in acrobat reader and you can print a copy if you
wish.
Unless you make a specific request, we do
not send hard copies of reports in the post.
If
you do not have Acrobat Reader, you can download it from
http://www.adobe.com
If you have any problems with the system, these

Instructions for accessing School emails from
outside of School:
(For SES email users only): Click the link from the home
page and then enter your normal login details -
prefixing your user name with "stedward\".
Occasionally the email server may have to be taken down
for servicing - in which case try either of the links
